Do I need to stay with my child during lessons?

It can be beneficial for a parent to participate in the first few lessons, especially if the child is a complete beginner. This involvement not only boosts your child's confidence but also helps them understand how the platform works. After these initial lessons, many children can continue on their own, but parents are always welcome to join at any time.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes – there are no hidden fees. You can stop your subscription whenever you want.

What level does my child start with?

Every child starts at the level that suits them best.
Children with no background in English begin with KeySounds, which focuses on letters and sounds.
Those who already know the Alphabet can start with Basic Lessons, which cover words and simple sentences.
More advanced learners can progress to Everyday English with Friends and Short Stories.

How long is each lesson?

Most lessons last approximately 25 to 35 minutes, depending on your child's pace. Beginners may progress more slowly, which is perfectly fine! It's beneficial to take your time, repeat sessions, and learn thoroughly.

What devices are compatible, and how many can be used with each account?

DuoTalk is compatible with computers, tablets, and smartphones.
For the best learning experience, we recommend using a computer or tablet since the larger screen makes it easier for kids to follow along.
You can enjoy your subscription on up to two devices at the same time! It's perfect for use at home or on the go. Enjoy the flexibility!
